HIGH PURITY SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of CBD. We ship to all states that allow the sales of CBD.
Most orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm EST are shipped out the same day, however we do not guarantee this.
ORDER PROCESSING, DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING
Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Shipments are sent using one of the following: UPS Next Day Air, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in Massachusetts. Typical shipping times may vary from 4-10 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times, depending upon which state we are shipping to. This does not include any potential for inclement weather or holidays, or delivery delays out of our control. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER OUT?
We are always working to get you the CBD you enjoy as quickly as possible, and we try our best to get out as many packages as possible. Due to the high volume of orders, some packages may not be able to ship same day, but in any case we do our best to ship within 1-2 business days after receiving the order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. If you did not receive it, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to provide you with your tracking number.
CAN I UPGRADE MY SHIPPING?
You may choose to upgrade your shipping to a faster method of your choice at an additional cost. Please make this choice at checkout. If your preferred shipping address is a P.O. Box, please be sure to pick USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method!
